These ski resorts really are the business as both offer limitless possibilities away from the pistes. Revelstoke also offers the opportunity to cap the trip off with a day of heliskiing or catskiing.

“Skiing with friends” – Powder as far as the eye can see.
For 30 years now, our partner Stumboeck is offering guided ski tours to North America. Your guide is a companion and guarantor of successful holidays, always bilingual and knows a lot about country and the people. He will welcome you at the airport, drive the van, show you the ski resorts and assist you during the whole ski safari. You travel alone? No problem! On the trips of Stumboeck you have the best chance to meet new friends who share the same passion. Our Bavarian partner definitely lives up to the motto "Skiing with friends".
Flight with Air Canada via Frankfurt to Calgary, where you are picked up by your Stumböck freeride guide. Then you travel to Banff, where you can collect your hired skis (if booked in advance). After dinner the journey continues to Golden, where you check in and spend the night at the Prestige Inn.
Over the next few days discover Kicking Horse, a challenging ski resort which is rated by connoisseurs in particular due to its average 7 metres of snowfall. Hardly any waiting times at the lifts – more than 108 downhills and a huge freeride terrain guarantee fun and action. Your Stumböck guide knows the best lines. Trying out the super bowl is an absolute must – extreme terrain that can only be reached after a short ascent.
Optional: Snowmobiling with White N Wild (basic package 2.5 hours, including guide, snack, safety equipment: 144 euros per person).
After a further day of skiing in Kicking Horse, you will travel back to Revelstoke this afternoon where you will check in and spend the night at The Sutton Place Hotel, right on the edge of the piste.
Freeriding in Revelstoke – the byword for deep and steep. In addition to challenging terrain, you will also find fun downhills. Your hotel is located directly on the piste, allowing you to make the most of your stay. Those who would like to try out further winter sports activities can have a go at catskiing, heliskiing and snowmobiling.
Optional: Heliskiing with Selkirk Tangiers (“Powder Excursion” including 3 downhills, heliguide, powder skis, lunch, safety equipment: 799 euros per person; “Powder Adventure” including 5 downhills, heliguide, powder skis, lunch, safety equipment: 924 euros per person) or catskiing with K3 catskiing (1-day package including guide, powder skis, lunch, safety equipment: 423 euros per person).
