The new boutique hotel, which belongs to the Noble House Hotels, is opening its doors in late November 2018. It is located directly at the foot of the Red Mountain Resort. The Kootenay Rockies region is still considered an undiscovered jewel in British Columbia. The Rossland area was recently voted Canada’s “Outdoor Town” by the magazine Explore and is a natural playground for adventure-seekers from all over the world.
Red Mountain, Canada – Winter sport resort for hardcore hippies
Skiing and snowboarding in the Red Mountains is not for the faint-hearted, here hardcore conditions reign. Winter sport is a way of life here: cool, alternative and a bit quirky – definitely something for hippies.
The Josie boasts a modern restaurant, bar, fitness centre and small spa with a range of massage offerings. A ski concierge is offered as a special service, collecting your ski equipment directly on the mountain, then stowing it away and handing it back to you again the next day. What a service!
The 106 modern and bright rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a television, telephone and coffee machine.
Have a go at cross-country skiing, trek on a snowshoe adventure or enjoy the enchanting winter wonderland on a dog sledge.
At the Red Mountain Resort you will find what you are looking for.
