CMH Bobbie Burns

If you love speed and variety, you will become a big fan of Bobbie Burns. Heli-skiing through forest and glacial areas for well-practised and experienced skiers. Every morning, the helicopter takes you to one of 300 untouched runs, some of which end right on the doorstep of your accommodation. Unlimited skiing or boarding, with no waiting times – only 3 groups of 11 persons each.

The Bobbie Burns are an impressive ski area in the Canadian mountain chain of the Selkirk and Purcell Mountains. The vast area covers 1,073 square kilometres. At altitudes of 900 to 3,100 metres, legendary runs like Little Sister, Lobster Claw or Purpose are waiting to be conquered. The remote area offers guests a diverse and varied terrain, from long forest runs to exciting glacier runs. The special climate of the Bobbie Burns means that one of the over 300 runs can be used, in almost any weather.

Accomodation

The base at 1,073 metres of altitude was the third of Gmoser's Lodges. Despite constant modernisation, the accommodation has always preserved its special flair. The helicopter takes the 33 guests, divided into three groups, from Parson to the base. This gives you the chance to enjoy the stunning view of the beautiful and untouched winter landscape. You don’t have to compromise on comfort in the Bobbie Burns Lodge. It has 12 single rooms and 13 double rooms, ensuite, a cosy bar with lounge area, and a dining room. WiFi is available in all rooms and the lodge shop stocks the essentials.
