Surrounded by majestic mountains and Valleys, the snow covered Kaçkar Mountains welcome you. About 5'000 km2 of heliski area are just waiting for you to be discovered. The Swiss founders were impressed by the charming and authentic atmosphere of this region in the north-east of Turkey when they decided in 2003 to make this their new heliski playground.
The Kaçkar Mountains form a mountain range that rises above the Black Sea coast in eastern Turkey. The highest Kaçkar peak is 3'932 m above sea level. Heliski.pro has an exclusive licence for an area covering more than 5'000 km2. Skiing takes place between 1'100 and 3'600 metres in diverse, mostly alpine terrain. Most of the runs are on open glaciers, while a few are in woods or finish below the tree line. There are more than 400 runs with altitude differences of between 700 and 1'200 metres.
The authentic Turkish mountain hotel with 70 rooms opens its doors to heliskiers in winter. The Turkey Heliski Lounge is the après ski meeting point with its own bar and small pro shop. It also has a ski and a drying room, as well as a small gym with a treadmill, sauna and whirlpool. Free Wi-Fi is of course provided. Relax after a long day of heliskiing with a massage or in the 40-degree warm water of the thermal baths – in walking distance to the hotel.
Heliskiing makes you hungry: In the evening you will be spoiled with Turkish specialities at the generous buffet.

Infinite dimensions – THE alternative to Canada
Do you love steep couloirs? Then you have come to the right place – the alternative to Alaska!
At the lodge, touring skis (with ski skins), snowshoes and mountaineering boots as well as climbing harnesses for the rope course are available for you to use on down days or after heliskiing. For those who want to relax their muscles after heliskiing, a trip to the thermal baths next to the hotel is well worthwhile.
